Grilled vegetables are delicious because of their smoky flavor and crispier taste. You can easily make a complete, tasty meal for your family. Learning how to cook vegetables on the grill is not hard. Most vegetables can be grilled at medium hot temperature. One tip to remember is that it is best if the vegetables are neither parboiled nor peeled prior to grilling. Parboiling can affect the taste. In most cases, vegetables are cut into two in order to grill each piece easier. To keep each half from drying, you can apply vegetable oil on them. Often times, a covered grill will take 18 to 20 minutes, while an open grill will take only 8 to 10 minutes. The vegetables are cooked when they are softer when poked.
