Console yourself by doing the following:

You will find comfort while in their company because these are people who truly understand what you’re going through. When coping is too hard even just to share your grief with others, consider a one-on-one session with a psychiatrist who can bring out the bad feelings inside of you. You will also be prescribed with medicines that can help you relax and sleep well at night.

  5. Express your feelings by doing the things that you like most. If you love writing, compose some narratives expressing your unpleasant experience. You can also sing your blues away.   6. Retain a healthy diet while grieving. You will have more difficulties grieving when your heart is clogged with cholesterol. There might be many errands to run, but do not neglect to do some stretching first to be able to function efficiently despite the sadness.
