  6. Increase your water intake. At least 2/3 of your whole body consists of water. Water is essentially your body’s main components. Daily intake 8 to 10 glasses of water is good. The water in your body is responsible for transporting the needed oxygen and nutrients to every cell. It effectively regulates your body temperature while it moisturizes the air component of your lungs. More water intake can also increase the natural detoxification activity of your body.
