4. Run through a string line. Consider running a string line from the tops of the posts. The string must be level and taut so you can have an accurate guide. The guide will ensure that the corner posts are put in place at equal height. Then, set up the remaining line posts while ensuring that each one is plum and at equal height with the corner posts.

5. Install the fence panels. Your vinyl fence panels must have a top rail, bottom rail, and slats. Check the manufacturer’s product guidelines so you can assemble them correctly. The ends of the bottom rails and top rails must be snapped into the proper holes on the posts.

6. Set the posts permanently. Again, verify the product instructions provided by the manufacturer and then properly mix a quick-drying cement. Thereafter, pour a sufficient amount of cement into the holes. You have to leave the 2x4s bracing overnight since the cement will still have to cure. Then, pull back the bracing. Into the inside of the post caps, manage to apply PVC cement, and set them up.
