Do as many repetitions as you can in 1 minute.

    b. Squat Twist Jump: Stand with your feet apart at the same width as your hips again. Swing your arms to the back of your hips and lower yourself into a semi-squat position. Launch into a jump, and turn your body 180 degrees in mid-air. Swing your arms in front of you to gain momentum. Land in a squat position, and swing your arms back to your hips. Do as many repetitions as you can in a minute.
