  8. You can also mix two tablespoons of lime juice (freshly squeezed) and a tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Blend thoroughly and apply thinly on your face. Let it stay for up to 30 minutes. Rinse with cool water, then wash off with a mild cleanser and rinse once more. Pat your face dry and apply moisturizer to eliminate irritation.

  9. Testosterone supplements may help thicken your facial thatch, but you may also experience other side effects, like acne, mild hair loss (on the scalp), water retention, and even kidney stress. There are also testosterone gels you can try. However, it is recommended that you discuss this option with your doctor first to avoid upsetting your hormonal balance and the effects of other medications that you may be taking.
