Alzheimer√ā¬ís has now caused many families to suffer greatly from being affected by the symptoms of the disease.√ā¬† Many are trying to do anything to protect themselves from developing the condition if they know about them. There may be no clear indications as to where Alzheimer√ā¬ís came from, but people in the high-risk group will be delighted to know that certain foods and behavioral factors can lower the risk. Here√ā¬ís how to prevent Alzheimer√ā¬ís disease:

  1. Taken from the American Journal of Medicine: Studies reported that drinking 2 or more glasses of fruit and vegetable juices weekly will lower an Alzheimer√ā¬ís risk up to 76 per cent. This is in comparison to people who drink less than one glass weekly. If you are worried about increasing your high blood sugar levels when you drink fruit juices regularly, stick with vegetable juices. You will also benefit more from vegetables if you eat them raw.

  2. According to the Journal of Neuroscience, Omega-3 fatty acids can slow down the progression of Alzheimer's disease in mice.

This is the same as what exercise can do to the muscles or body as a whole. They must be undertaken to keep the brain strong. If you do not have an intellectual job, do some extra-curricular activities that can stimulate your brain. They are interesting ways to keep the mind sharp.

  5. The National Institutes of Health warned the public that some kinds of aluminum compounds were discovered to be vital components of the neurological damage characteristics of Alzheimer's.  They are found in cornbread and processed cheese. Antacids and buffered aspirin contain them too. Aluminum cookware is also not safe with the dangerous aluminum compounds, specifically when alkaline or acidic foods are cooked in them. Antiperspirants contain aluminum as well. We cannot eliminate aluminum compounds totally from the air and water, but avoiding foods that contain them can make a big difference.

  6. Stay away from vaccines and mercury sources. How to prevent Alzheimer’s can be done just by avoiding foods that contain harmful substances leading to the disease. Research has been done to make sure that the foods that we normally consume do not contain them. Knowing the benefits and disadvantages of what we put inside our mouth will require some work, but it will make us aware of some diseases that can develop just by eating them. In this case, we need to list the foods that we should not eat to free ourselves from worries that we too can develop Alzheimer’s.
