How to Remove Wrinkles

Wrinkles are not a welcome sight. Unfortunately they are part of the aging process. Many have struggled hard to remove them by undergoing Botox, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and others. These treatments often do more harm than good – leading to more serious skin problems, growing disappointment and huge medical bills. Knowing how to remove wrinkles properly will bring a smile to your face and save you both trouble and money:

  1. Make good food choices. Eat healthy -more green leafy vegetables, less red meat and more lean chicken, fish, eggs and dairy products. Most foods lack the necessary vitamins and minerals but you can supplement your meals with fruits and vegetables.

  2. Take enough water daily. Adequate hydration (at least 8 glasses daily) is mandatory for a youthful and glowing skin. Calorie free, Water washes away internal toxins as well.

  3. Resort to a natural skin care regimen. Removing make-up and cleaning your face before going to sleep are a must for avoiding wrinkles.



    Make-up products have harsh and harmful ingredients that can penetrate your skin - irritating it and clogging the pores. Dust and dirt, gathered when you are exposed to the environment, should be washed away before you sleep. Moisturize your skin with mild moisturizers.

  4. Take Vitamin E and others which are highly recommended for good skin. Either take them naturally through vitamin enriched foods or you take supplements - that are available in your local health care shops or drugstores.

  5. Have enough rest and sleep well. Avoid a stressful lifestyle. Sleep is when our body recuperates from all the energy-draining activities. It replenishes and restores the body’s vigor and strength. This is also good for your skin. If you are well rested, your skin will glow and you will stay younger-looking. People who deprive themselves of ample sleep have more wrinkles and look much older than their age.

  6. Exercise regularly. When you have a healthy body, you also have healthy skin. Regular exercises where you sweat remove body toxins and improve your skin. Healthy activities may include walking with your loved ones and friends, engaging in a sport or working out in a gym or at home.

  7. Avoid smoking and drinking too much alcohol. Alcohol and smoking are harmful for your skin. If you cannot totally avoid them, use moderation. Non-drinkers and non-smokers have far better skin than those who are heavy drinkers and smokers.

Understanding how to remove wrinkles is a good preventive measure. Wrinkles are much harder to handle if you have already allowed wrinkles to set in. Begin practicing these techniques today to ensure that you look much younger than your actual years.
