    c. Dull Hair: You can apply one egg white or one tablespoon of honey to your hair and let it set for a few minutes. Rinse with shampoo and water.

  4. Step 4: After showering, use a serum or finishing oil to protect your hair from the elements. You can use a combination hair oil or anti-frizz serum. You can also use oils, such as Jojoba oil, Moroccan oil, and Argan oil, to protect your hair. Then, allow your hair to air dry, instead of using a blow dryer or heat styling tools.

  5. Step 5: Develop healthy eating habits to support your hair’s optimal health. Food rich in omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and protein do a great job in providing your hair with the right nutrients. You can get a good dose of hair-healthy nutrients from flaxseed, nuts, avocados, sardines, and salmon. In extension, keep yourself well-hydrated throughout the day. If you are dehydrated, it can result in your hair getting brittle and dry.
