  1. Select the best tenderloin cut.



    Not all tenderloin cuts are the same in terms of fat content. There are pigs that have more fat than lean meat on their bodies, probably because of the kind of diet administered. Other than the fat content, the meat itself must be fresh.

  2. Wash the meat and rinse thoroughly. At home, wash the meat. Allow it to drain well in the strainer. This will reduce the presence of water in the meat and will make the meat ready to be marinated.

  3. Prepare the spices, seasonings and sauces. The spices must be fresh and finely cut. It is best to crush the spices into pieces or blend them so that the taste can really penetrate into the meat. Choose the best soy sauce. Use olive oil and brown sugar.

  4. Make a marinate mixture. Mix the prepared spices, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper and brown sugar in a large-sized mixing bowl.   5. Add the pork tenderloin. At this point, you need to wash your hands because you will use your bare hands to mix the meat and the marinate mixture in the mixing bowl.

  6. Refrigerate. Place the meat in a closed container and refrigerate overnight. This will allow the marinate mixture to deeply penetrate into the pork tenderloin.

  7. Defrost the meat before cooking. Allow the meat to defrost naturally in open air until the meat is tender and ready for cooking. Do not wash the marinated meat. Otherwise, you will defeat the purpose of marinating it.

  8. Pre-heat the oven, rotisserie or grill. The preheating of the oven, grill or rotisserie is very important for proper cooking. It will ensure even cooking of the meat. The required heat is up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  9. Roast the marinated meat. Place the pork tenderloin on the heated skillet. Do not discard the marinate mix. Wipe it onto the meat while roasting in order to enhance its taste. Wait until all sides of the tenderloin turn brown.

  10. Bake the tenderloin. As soon as the sides of the meat turn brown, transfer the tenderloin to the baking pan. Insert a meat thermometer into the meat to register the meat temperature. Place it back into the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. When the meat temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit, the tenderloin is fully cooked and ready to serve.
